    The rapid advancement of artificial intelligence (AI) has fundamentally transformed human-technology interactions. These innovations represent a groundbreaking shift in the human-tech nexus, introducing new opportunities and challenges across industries, organisations, and society. While AI systems are primarily driven by computational advancements, their influence extends far beyond technology, shaping decision-making, collaboration, and creative processes in profound ways. AI's ability to generate language, assist in complex problem-solving, and drive automation is reshaping industries, organizational strategies, and innovation ecosystems. However, the broader implications of these systems remain underexplored.  

    This collection seeks to foster an interdisciplinary dialogue among AI researchers, innovation scholars, business and management experts, and human-computer interaction specialists. Understanding the convergence of AI and innovation is crucial to advancing theoretical insights and providing practical guidance on integrating AI in diverse domains. We invite high-quality, original research articles, theoretical contributions, and systematic reviews that explore the intersection of AI, technological transformation, and innovation. Submissions should examine how these technologies influence and redefine creative processes, organisational strategies, knowledge-sharing mechanisms, and the evolving nature of human-machine collaboration.

    Prof. Kazuhiro Asakawa, PhD, Keio University, Japan.

    Prof. Kazuhiro Asakawa is a Professor of Global Innovation Management at Graduate School of Business Administration, Keio University, Japan.  His research interest lies in the areas of global innovation and R&D strategy, with a particular focus on the impact of technological breakthrough in AI on advanced science and technology in life science and biotechnology and global innovation strategies of multinationals.  His recent research explores disruption and resilience in firms' innovation; global-open R&D, frugal innovation, and green innovation.

     Prof. Yi Li , PhD, The University of Sydney, Australia.

    Prof. Yi Li, PhD, FRSA, FHEA, is an Associate Professor based at the University of Sydney Business School, The University of Sydney, Australia, where he currently serves as Acting Deputy Head of Discipline in International Business. His research explores the intersection of artificial intelligence and business, with a particular focus on applying large language models (LLMs) to international business, strategy, and innovation. Combining technological insights with theoretical depth, Dr. Li investigates how AI-driven tools can enhance decision-making and advance understanding in global contexts. His work contributes to the evolving integration of advanced computational methods into strategic and organizational research.

    Prof. Lusi Wu, PhD, University of Electronic Science and Technology of China, China.

    Prof. Lusi Wu is an Associate Professor at School of Economics and Management, University of Electronic Science and Technology of China.  Her research interests centre on emotions, work-family interface, and interpersonal relationships at workplace with a focus on organizational psychology, with a particular emphasis on how emerging technologies reshape employees' work practices, emotions, work-family dynamics, and interpersonal relationships in the workplace.
