I am very pleased to announce that, together with Maria Colurcio (Università 'Magna Graecia' di Catanzaro), Giambattista Dagnino, (Università LUMSA) and Nadia Di Paola (Università degli Studi di Napoli Federico II) I am co-editing a special issue titled “Gen AI in Management: Applications, Impact and Prospects” in Sinergie Italian Journal of Management (fascia A anvur).
We look forward to receiving contributions that examine both the opportunities and challenges associated with GenAI, drawing on empirical evidence, theoretical frameworks, and methodological innovations. We encourage studies exploring real-world applications of GenAI across different industries and contexts, as well as conceptual work that advances our understanding of the underlying mechanisms through which GenAI affects organizations and societies.
Submission deadline: March 13, 2026
We will organize a paper development workshop (PDW) on April 28, 2026 at Scuola Superiore Sant'Anna for papers’ ideas that have been accepted in order to provide feedbacks for prospective authors.
