Call for Papers: Symposium on Generative AI in HRM at EURAM 2024 Conference

We cordially invite researchers, scholars, and enthusiasts to submit their esteemed papers to the symposium titled "Navigating the Opportunities and Challenges of Generative Artificial Intelligence in Human Resource Management" (Symposium ID: S09_04) for presentation at the European Academy of Management (EURAM) 2024 Conference.
Symposium Overview:
· Explore the revolutionary implications of Generative Artificial Intelligence (AI) in human resource management (HRM).
· Dive into the transformative potential Generative AI brings to recruitment, tailored development programs, and the vast opportunities it unveils.
