Join the TIM Engagement Team at AOM 2025 in Copenhagen!
The Technology and Innovation Management (TIM) Division is on the lookout for enthusiastic volunteers to be part of the TIM Engagement Team at the 2025 AOM Annual Meeting in Copenhagen!
As a TIM Engagement Team member, you'll play a key role in making the conference an engaging and welcoming experience. You'll help organize and support social events, distribute promotional materials, represent TIM at various venues, and-most importantly-be the friendly face that connects with fellow TIM members. To make sure you stand out, you'll even get your own branded TIM Engagement Team gear!
Why join?
This is a fantastic opportunity to get involved with the TIM Division-especially if you're a PhD student, early career scholar, or attending AOM for the first or second time. Plus, it's a great way to build your network while contributing to the TIM community. Knowledge of Copenhagen is a plus, but not required!
What will you do?
✔ Work closely with TIM Officers and Executive Committee Members to support in-person sessions
✔ Help coordinate fun social activities like walking tours, boat tours, and networking events
✔ Attend a pre-conference Zoom welcome meeting and be part of the TIM Engagement Team WhatsApp group-so you'll already know familiar faces before you even land in Copenhagen!
