    The Late Career Consortium (LCC) focuses on the career and life questions of late-career faculty (defined as 15 years or more since completing PhD). The aim of the session is to help scholars in any discipline manage the new demands of this career stage and to take advantage of the various opportunities and career transitions that arise. While it is an Entrepreneurship Division Consortium, it is open to AOM members from all Divisions.

    This year's LCC will be Saturday, July  26 from 1 to 4 pm at Copenhagen Business School (CBS) in room Klien-K146. Presentations currently scheduled include:

    Kelly Shaver (MindCette)  – You too can be an angel investor<u1:p></u1:p>

    Jeff Hornsby (UMKC) - Turning the corner: Having impact when you realize you are  a senior faculty member<u1:p></u1:p>

    George Saridakis (Kent) - Can a Departmental Management Role Really Help Shape the School's Future?<u1:p></u1:p>

    Jerry Katz (SLU) – Managing legacies and quick answers to other questions you've raised<u1:p></u1:p>

    Kathy Lund Dean (Gustavus Adolphus) – Gaining clarity on your goals and what brings you joy<u1:p></u1:p>
