Professor:

Salary: $ 90,000-$210,000/year plus teaching and team performance pay
Associate Professor:
Outstanding young academic and technological talents who have obtained certain influential research achievements in relevant academic fields, with enormous innovation and strong development potential.
Salary: $ 70,000-$90,000/year plus teaching and team performance pay
Assistant Professor:
Doctoral degree holders from well-known universities both domestically and internationally, with excellent academic training. Having achieved influential and representative academic outputs, with a clear plan for future scientific research.
Salary: $ 60,000-$70,000/year, plus teaching and team performance pay
Assistant Research Fellow:
Obtained a doctoral degree from a well-known university both domestically and internationally within the past 3 years. Possesses a rigorous scientific attitude and teamwork spirit, a solid research foundation, and strong research abilities.
Salary: $ 42,000~5,5000 year
