The Department of Management at CUNEF University in Madrid, Spain, invites applications for one tenure-track position at the Senior Assistant/Junior Associate Professor level in Management starting in the 2026-2027 academic year. We welcome applications from scholars in their early careers with some demonstrated strong research potential, solid teaching abilities, and a desire to shape the field. Preference is given to senior Assistant Professors with at least 3 years of experience since graduation from the Ph.D. program and to junior Associate Professors with at most 5 years of experience since tenure. We consider scholars in the broad field of management, including business economics, strategy, marketing, operations, and human resources.

It was founded in 1973 by the Spanish Banking Association as a business school to train professionals in finance and economics. The Department of Management has twenty tenure-track faculty members who conduct research in management, strategy, entrepreneurship, marketing, organizational behavior, organizational theory, and human resources. Joint appointments with the Department of Economics and the Department of Finance and Accounting are possible.
