Existing and/or strong potential for excellence in both scholarly research and teaching will be crucial for the successful applicant.

Our faculty have published in journals such as Academy of Management Annals, Academy of Management Journal, Academy of Management Review, Journal of Applied Psychology, Journal of International Business Studies, Journal of Management, Journal of Organizational Behavior, Leadership Quarterly, Organization Science, Personnel Psychology, and Strategic Management Journal. They have been honored with many research awards, including best paper awards from the Academy of Management Annals, Academy of Management Review, Journal of Management, and Journal of Organizational Behavior. They also have served and will continue to serve in important editorial positions.
