Dear Division Members and AOM 2025 Participants,
The 2025 Annual Meeting of the Academy of Management holds particular significance for me. As a European (from France), I am especially pleased to welcome you to our continent-and, I must admit, to attend without experiencing jet lag for once.
Over the past year, my team and I have dedicated ourselves wholeheartedly to curating a rich and rigorous program, grounded in the high-quality contributions we received from our vibrant community.
To provide coherence and support your experience across the five days of the conference, the program is structured around a central theme and four major tracks:
- Organizational Change and Strategy
- Consultancy and Management Development
- Work Culture and Employee Well-Being
- Innovation and Performance
Each of these tracks brings together a range of perspectives, research insights, and practices that we hope will stimulate meaningful dialogue, scholarly exchange, and future collaborations.
Beyond the academic content, the program includes a variety of social events designed to foster community, networking, and lasting professional relationships.
We are also honored to welcome two distinguished guests to the MCD Division:
In addition, I warmly invite you to our Members, Family, and Friends Dinner on Sunday, July 27. This will be a special occasion to come together in a beautiful setting, celebrate the achievements of our members through the MCD Division Awards, and share a convivial evening as a community.
Looking ahead, we will also begin preparing for AOM 2026 in Philadelphia with our MCD Speed Networking Session, taking place on Saturday, July 26, just prior to our Division's Social Hour.
Throughout the year, the MCD Program Team has worked with commitment and care to create what we hope will be a valuable, enriching, and enjoyable experience for all. I extend my sincere thanks to everyone who contributed to shaping this year's program.
I look forward to welcoming you-in person-to Copenhagen in just a few weeks, and to an exciting and memorable AOM 2025.
With warm regards,
Program Chair, MCD Division – AOM 2025
