This consortium is co-sponsored by the Management Consulting Division of the Academy of Management and is designed to provide a high-quality developmental experience for:
The consortium will be conducted in three languages: English, French, and Spanish.
Over a four-hour interactive session, participants will engage in small-group roundtables to discuss their research projects with experienced and internationally engaged faculty members and senior scholars. The objective is developmental rather than evaluative, with a focus on:
- Constructive and structured feedback
- Theoretical and methodological guidance
- Publication strategy advice
- International academic positioning
- Strengthening managerial implications to ensure that research contributions are meaningful and beneficial for practitioners
A plenary session will also address how to write and submit to the Academy of Management, including guidance on submitting papers or Professional Development Workshops (PDWs), understanding the review process, positioning research for impact, publishing in outlets such as Academy of Management Perspectives (AMP), and bridging research and practice.

Applicants are required to send a doctoral paper proposal (in English, French, or Spanish) including:
- Title / research topic / research question
- Expectations from the Doctoral Consortium
Submissions will be grouped according to thematic focus and stage of advancement to ensure relevant and meaningful discussions.
The consortium participation fee is €130. This includes participation in one or two days of the conference, coffee breaks, conference materials, and USB proceedings (Conference and International Doctoral Seminar).
