    Are you interested in advancing your skills in creativity, co-creation, and organizational innovation? I am recruiting participants for a pilot training based on a new case-based program, "Creative Strategies for Overcoming Resistance: Co-Creation as a Catalyst for Change," developed through DBA 712 Fostering Creativity in the Workplace at Marymount University.

    About the Training:
    *  Apply leading creativity frameworks (Amabile's Componential Model of Creativity, Beghetto's Teaching for     Creativity) to real-world organizational challenges.
    *  Experience collaborative analysis, co-creation strategies, and practical tools.
    *  Designed for future leaders, educators, and change agents navigating Industry 5.0 and digital transformation.

    Who Should Join?
    *  Academics, practitioners, and graduate students in organizational development, change management, or     related fields.
    *  Anyone interested in fostering innovation, overcoming resistance, and building creative capacity in teams     or institutions.

    What's Involved?
    *  Participate in a virtual pilot session.

    Update: Creativity Training This Saturday- Spots Left! The creativity and innovation training session this Saturday, July 12, has a few open spots remaining.
