    • Damon Phillips, Robert Steinberg Professor, Professor of Management at the University of Pennsylvania's Wharton School, and Senior Research Scholar at Columbia University, brings deep expertise in organizational theory, inequality, and culture.

    • Aruna Ranganathan, Associate Professor at the University of California, Berkeley's Haas School of Business, is a leading researcher exploring how work, labor, and institutions shape opportunities for marginalized populations.
