We invite you to join our Academy of Management PDW, "Adizes Symbergetic Organizational Therapy: An Evidence-Informed Methodology for Organizational Transformation and High Performance," at this year's AoM Annual Meeting!
The session offers a practice-oriented introduction to the Adizes Symbergetic methodology — a framework for organizational transformation developed over more than 50 years of global application. It brings together concepts around leadership role integration, stakeholder alignment, and cultures of mutual trust and respect, and is designed to give participants a genuine "taste" of how the approach conceptualizes organizational problems and structures long-term transformation work.
Participants can expect to: (1) gain a high-level understanding of core Symbergetic concepts and language; (2) be introduced to the eleven-step Adizes organizational transformation program, with illustrative examples from certified Adizes Associates; and (3) explore implications for research, teaching, and practice in leading complex change.
The workshop will also feature a live demonstration of the newly developed "Dr. Adizes AI Twin" — a digital companion built on Dr. Adizes' extensive knowledge base — with special, time-limited access provided to all participants for direct exploration.
