This year's open positions:
🔹 PDW Chair (1 position)
Under the supervision of the Program Chair, the PDW Chair coordinates the division's workshop and doctoral consortium submissions for the Academy of Management Annual Meeting.
The elected PDW Chair enters a four-year leadership cycle, successively serving as PDW Chair, Program Chair, Division Chair, and Past Chair. This election is crucial for ensuring leadership continuity and enhancing services for our members.
Eligibility: You must have served as an active division volunteer and/or Representative-at-Large for two consecutive years.
🔹 Treasurer (1 position)
Serving a renewable two-year term, the Treasurer works with the leadership team to manage finances for the Annual Meeting and other division-sponsored events. The Treasurer also secures funding and institutional sponsorships to support the division's growth. Additionally, the Treasurer acts as a key liaison with the AOM on financial matters, ensuring transparency and compliance.
🔹 Representative-at-Large (3 positions)
Representatives-at-Large serve as a vital link between members and the leadership team. This flexible role can involve leading a Management Consulting Group, supporting division communications, or coordinating events at the Annual Meeting, depending on the elected representative's skills and interests.
