The India unit of the Academy of Management's (AOM) Management Consulting Division-- MC India Group--proudly invites management practitioners, consultants, academics, researchers, and leaders (across all sectors) to join in shaping a vibrant community that reflects the strength and spirit of India, through completion of the Expression of Interest Survey.
India has always been a source of innovation, resilience, and wisdom. From frugal solutions that inspire global consulting to timeless knowledge systems that enrich management thought, our nation stands as a beacon of creativity and impact.
The MC India Group celebrates that heritage and channels it into building a collective voice that aims to resonate across the world. You may view this short video for an overview of the MC India Group Strategy Blueprint initiative.
The brief survey (which should take just 6–8 minutes to complete) will help us to:
- Build an India-wide professional community that showcases our talent and ideas.
- Understand how you'd like to contribute to this national and global mission.
- Develop themes for research, consulting solutions, and knowledge creation rooted in India's strengths, and
- Identify volunteers for roles across working groups, publications, events, and outreach.
