As part of the MCD 3-year renewal process completed in June 2024, the officers felt that the domain statement, last revised several years ago, needed a refresh. The Management Consulting Division's Executive Board members unanimously agreed that a modified domain statement was required:
- To outline the division's overarching goal or vision and foster a welcoming and inclusive community.
- To adequately reflect the consulting field's alignment with different management domains and capture the different stakeholders and communities served by the division and demographics impacted by management consulting.
We formed a subcommittee to work on the necessary changes. The Management Consulting Executive Board and the AOM Board of Governors have approved the proposed domain statement. It is now your turn to vote.
