The Gender and Diversity in Organizations (GDO) Division would like to invite junior faculty to attend the biannual, 2021 Junior Faculty Consortium (JFC).
Description of JFC:
The 2021 Junior Faculty Consortium aims to address career questions relevant to pre-tenure faculty, with discussions with mid-level and senior faculty panellists. The primary discussion topics will involve preparing for and navigating the tenure process, planning for research and publication success, managing the political environment of academia, and coping with the stresses of the junior faculty role. The core of this consortium is comprised of an interactive panel where dynamic scholars at varying career stages share advice about how young scholars can effectively build their brands and identities as independent researchers.

The "2021 GDO Junior Faculty Consortium" will be part of the "Synchronous Live Open" virtual session titled "2021 GDO Junior Faculty Consortium" scheduled on Aug 4, 2021, from 8:00AM to 10:00AM. All times are Eastern (New York time) (UTC-4).

Faculty interested in attending the Gender and Diversity in Organizations Junior Faculty Consortium are requested to submit a curriculum vitae (CV) and a brief statement explaining their interest to both Dr. Alison V.
