We hope that you are all doing as well as possible in light of the stressors in the world.
We are emailing you all to see if any of you are interested in joining a symposium that Dr. Kristen Jones /Dr. Kayla Follmer and I are putting together for AOM 2021. Our symposium will focus on timely issues at work that are unique to women and tend to be overlooked and/or are poorly understood.
Kayla, Kristen, and I are presently analyzing data on a qualitative study that sheds light on the ways in which women facing infertility uniquely experience the workplace. We plan to present our findings from this study for the symposium.
We are looking for 2-3 additional papers. Please feel free to email me at dnag@memphis.edu to let me know if you have any data/papers that might fit with the theme of our session!
