In partnership with the Management Doctoral Student Association, we are excited to announce our Professional Development Workshop titled Social, Political, and Ideological Barriers to Research on Race in Management. In this session, we will discuss the unique challenges to conducting, reviewing, and publishing race related research for management scholars. During this PDW, attendees will hear from our esteemed panelists, engage in breakout group discussions around hurdles experienced as race scholars, and gain critical insights in tandem with questions fielded by panelists and takeaways shared by our discussant.
