Applications are now open for the 2024 Spring Institute on Disabilities, which will be hosted virtually and globally on 1st – 5th March. The application deadline is February 15, 2024.
The theme for the 4th annual Spring Institute on Disabilities is "Hope and Hopelessness". This year's faculty and fellows will share and collaborate on amazing and innovative research, theory development and methodological innovation.
What is the Spring Institute?
The Spring Institute is a free 5-half-day virtual event that runs from 1st to 5th March 2024 (1-5pm UK time / 8am to noon EST). Our aim is to build an inclusive community of scholars interested in the field of disability within management, entrepreneurship and organisation studies. Each year, the Spring Institute brings together 20 faculty members who share innovative methodological and theoretical insights as well as how they use their work to help improve the lives of disabled people with 20 fellows studying disability-related topics at work.
Who should join?
The Spring Institute is for PhD students, post-docs, Assistant profs and other early career researchers in the field of disability and management as well as for mid and senior career researchers who are new to disability within their management and organisation research. We aim to build and extend our growing community of scholars interested in disability and management.
