ASSISTANT OR ASSOCIATE PROFESSOR POSITION
The Department of Management & Leadership in the C. T. Bauer College of Business at the University of Houston seeks qualified applicants for a tenure-track Assistant/Associate Professor position, starting in the fall of 2025. We are particularly interested in applicants with expertise in Strategic Leadership, Inclusive Leadership, and Strategic Human Resource Management. However, applicants with interests in all areas of management will be considered (e.g., Human Resources Management, Organization Theory, Organizational Behavior, and Strategic Management). Existing and/or strong potential for excellence in both scholarly research and teaching will be crucial for the successful applicant.

The Bauer College is one of the largest AACSB-accredited business programs in the country. It offers undergraduate, MBA, MS, and Ph.D. degrees, and currently has approximately 6,200 undergraduate students and 1,050 graduate students.
