Dear Andrew,
Erin Meyer's title is certainly very handy for applications and MBA students.
I prefer a more research-minded, but still applied title like:
Schneider, S. C., Barsoux, J.-L. and Stahl, G. K. (2014) Managing across Cultures, 3rd edition. London: Prentice Hall.
One of the best summaries for all what is needed in cross-cutlural Management with various chapters completing each other.
And if you wish to have a more strategic approach with a truly global view (and not only anglo-centered)
I like: Gundling, E., Caldwell, C. and Cvitkovich, K. (2015) Leading Across New Borders. How to Succeed as the Center Shifts, Hoboken NJ: Wiley.
Furthermore, I also like for a more theory-driven book:
Thomas, D. C. and Peterson, M. F. (2015) Cross-cultural management. Essential Concepts. Thousand Oaks: Sage.
Yours sincerely
