Please allow us to draw your attention to the Call for Abstracts/Papers for the 1st Gender Equality and Management (GEM) conference on the topic: "Is it a Man's World? Struggles and Challenges of Senior-Level Executive Women."
The conference will be held on May 2-3, 2023, in Ramat Gan (the Israel Diamond Exchange District), Israel.
Submission Deadline: February 15, 2023
Keynote Speaker: Prof. Morten Huse - Professor emeritus at BI Norwegian Business School; President of the EURAM (2010-2012) conference and a Member of the Board of Governors at the Academy of Management (AOM 2019-2022). Professor Huse's research agenda includes contributing to gender equality in business and society, with a focus on questions related to getting women on boards and contributing to developing a "sharing" philosophy of conducting management research.
