Dear Fellow Scholars and Practitioners:
I am serving as a section editor for the Encyclopedia of Business and Professional Ethics, published by Springer Nature. This is an encyclopedia with over 2000 topics to be published both online and in hardcopy. Articles are short in range from 1000 to 3000 words. Accepted articles (after peer review by either editorial board members and/or the editors-in-chief) are first published online and then ultimately will be a part of a multi-volume hard copy encyclopedia. Articles receive a DOI upon acceptance.
My section is titled, "Diversity, Change, Leadership and Ethics". The following chapters are still available:
- Economic Diversity and Employee Relations
- Effective Gender Identity Policy in Leading Organizations
