We are pleased to invite colleagues to contribute chapters to our forthcoming edited volume, Intersectionality and Workplace Equity in Disrupted Environments, aligned with the themes of EURAM 2026.

This volume examines how overlapping identities-across race, gender, disability, class, sexuality, nationality, and migration status-shape workplace equity amid contemporary disruptions, including AI-driven bias, global migration, hybrid work, and political backlash against DEI. We welcome contributions that expand Parts II–IV of the proposal (see attachment), including empirical studies, theoretical advancements, policy analyses, and organizational strategies.

We invite proposals for chapters that address:
    • AI bias, algorithmic discrimination, and technology‑mediated inequities
    • Leadership barriers and career advancement for marginalized groups
    • Intersectional experiences of LGBTQ+ professionals, disabled workers, and migrant labor
    • DEI backlash, policy resistance, and legal/political dynamics
    • Allyship, organizational interventions, and resilience strategies
    • Cross‑cultural and global perspectives on intersectional inequities

    Submission Details

Deadline: February 2, 2026, 5:00 PM US EST.

    What to Submit:

The editorial team will review all submissions, and acceptance letters will be emailed by March 1, 2026. Authors of accepted chapters will also be invited to participate in our EURAM 2026 symposium.

We look forward to collaborating with scholars and practitioners committed to advancing intersectional approaches to workplace equity, leadership, and organizational resilience.
