    Call for Chapter Proposals
    The Path to the C-Suite: How Neurodiverse Leaders Can Navigate the Climb to the Executive Level

    We invite chapter proposals for an edited volume examining how neurodivergent professionals advance to executive and C-suite roles. While neurodiversity conversations often focus on hiring, this volume centers on leadership progression, structural barriers, and systems shaping executive attainment. The book integrates leadership research, I-O psychology, and organizational systems to provide research-informed, practice-relevant guidance for executives, HR leaders, scholars, and neurodivergent professionals.
    Topics may include:
    • Executive mobility and career pathways
    • Organizational gatekeeping and power structures
    • Identity, disclosure, and stereotype navigation
    • Cognitive diversity and organizational impact
    • Networking and support systems
    • Inclusive leadership ecosystems and sustainable success
    Submission Guidelines
    Please submit a proposal that includes:
    • Abstract (500–1000 words)
    • Central argument and contribution
    • Alignment with book objectives
    • Research or professional foundation
    • 3–5 keywords
    • Brief author biography (150 words)

    May 1, 2026 – Abstracts Due
    June 20, 2026 – Chapter Outlines Due
    July 7, 2026 – Full Drafts Due
    October 1, 2026 – Final Chapters Due
    February 1, 2027 – Manuscript Submitted
