Call for Papers:
Rutgers Business Review special issue on Advancing Women in Business.
This special issue will feature articles that relate to the general topic of advancing women in organizations. These topics can include women's leadership, diversity, gender equity, inclusion, allyship, implicit bias, and work-life balance.
Rutgers Business Review publishes peer-reviewed articles, including free online access, with practical relevance to business management practices. These articles review a specific research area (usually based on recent published research) within all business fields including organization management, strategy, finance, marketing, accounting, supply chain management, managerial economics, business analytics, information systems, and international business. For further information about the journal, please visit https://rbr.business.rutgers.edu/call-for-papers.
Authors that have recently published or have forthcoming academic research that provides significant contributions to practice are encouraged to write a 1000 to 2000 word manuscript that further explores the managerial implications of their findings using relevant examples in a clear and academic jargon free style.
Authors may also submit a longer article that reviews the literature in a specific area, with the review not to exceed 6000 words, or 25 pages, written in double spaced format using 12-point font, inclusive of notes, tables, and figures.
References should be numbered (superscript) in the text and placed at the end of the sentence, after punctuation. All corresponding notes and references should be compiled at the end of the manuscript (endnote format) under the heading "Endnotes". Please see this link for an example: https://rbr.business.rutgers.edu/sites/default/files/documents/sample-paragraph.pdf
The due date for the paper submission is April 15, 2021. After submission, you will receive notification if your article was selected for review. If selected, you will receive (quick) feedback from the guest editors, and once finalized, the contribution will be added to the special issue. The issue will be published July/August 2021. We plan to make this a highly publicized and influential issue.
Full papers should be submitted by April 15, 2021 to women@business.rutgers.edu indicating "Advancing Women in Business" as the Special Issue.
