    Hello,

    My name is Madison LaBella and I am working with diversity scholars Daan van Knippenberg, David Dwertmann, and Yingjie Yuan. We are seeking unpublished papers to be part of our meta-analysis on outcomes of diversity climate and climate for inclusion. If you have any unpublished work that you would like to be considered for inclusion, please email me (msm448@drexel.edu) by Friday October 18.
