    Dear DEI colleagues,

Greetings from the DEI 50th Anniversary Committee! In 2023, we celebrate the 50th anniversary of the Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) Division and remember the long road traversed since 1973 as the Women in Management (WIM) Interest Group, and subsequently Gender and Diversity in Organizations (GDO).

To mark this significant milestone, we would like to celebrate longstanding members of the division (i.e., colleagues who have been division members for at least 20 years). We are compiling a slide deck showcasing long-standing division members, which we plan to use during the DEI social during this year's AOM conference (scheduled on Monday, August 7, 12-2pm Boston local time).

We have contacted some of you directly via email (thank you to those who already replied), but we are now casting a wider net to ensure that no longstanding DEI member is left behind. If you have been a member of the DEI (formerly GDO/ WIM) division for 20+ years, please fill in the quick survey below (by July 10) to let us know if you plan to attend the DEI social at AOM, your preferred name and institutional affiliation, and to upload your picture (for the slide deck). Thank you!
