    Hello DEI Community,

My name is Dr. Rhamara S. Powell-Jackson, and I recently completed my Doctor of Business Administration in Organizational Leadership. My research explores strategic leadership during organizational crises, with a growing focus on how marginalized leaders navigate power dynamics, decision-making, and visibility within high-pressure environments.

As I expand my scholarship, I am seeking opportunities within the DEI space to:

    • Teach courses related to diversity, leadership, organizational justice, equity-focused management, or inclusive leadership

    • Collaborate on research examining race, gender, leadership identity, psychological safety, and organizational culture

    • Connect with mentors who support early-career DEI scholars

    • Contribute as a reviewer or research partner on DEI projects, conference submissions, or practitioner-oriented initiatives

With over a decade of professional experience in healthcare, HR, and organizational operations - often navigating inequities firsthand - I am passionate about advancing research and practice that elevates the experiences of underrepresented leaders, particularly women of color.

If any teaching needs, research collaborations, or mentorship opportunities are available, I would love to connect.

Thank you all, and I look forward to growing within this community.

    Warm regards,
