Dear colleagues,
We invite you to submit to our subtheme 16: 'Fitting in is the opposite of belonging': creating sustainable organisations through developing an inclusive culture at the EDI conference to be held in Bern, Switzerland, July 6-8, 2020.
Submissions to the stream can be in the form of long abstracts (up to 1500 words), developmental papers (3000-5000 words, including references) or full papers (no length restrictions) by the deadline of 1 March 2020. We welcome a variety of theoretical, conceptual and empirical ideas and especially encourage doctoral students and early career scholars to apply. We look forward to an exciting session on this growing field of study.
