    Hello GDO Members!

We are faculty members at the University of New Hampshire, writing to invite you to participate in Phase 3 of a project associated with an ADVANCE Partnership grant from the National Science Foundation.
This grant is focused on bystander interventions within the academic workplace. In Phases 1 and 2 of the project, we solicited and compiled a list of ways that colleagues can intervene when bias occurs in academia. In Phase 3, our goal is to validate the intervention behavior scale we developed. We believe this work has the potential to encourage more research on bystander intervention in the workplace and to promote more effective intervention behavior to reduce bias in the workplace.
If you agree to participate by clicking the link at the end of this post, you should expect to spend 10-15 minutes to complete the survey from beginning to end. At the end of the survey, you can choose to go to a website to register your email address, which will not be connected to your survey answers, for a chance to win a $500 professional development grant, which can be used to defray costs such as conference attendance, membership dues, and work-related equipment. Winners will be notified via e-mail.

If you are interested in participating, please click HERE to complete the survey.

On behalf of the ADVANCE Partnership grant team at UNH, thanks in advance for your time and consideration,

    Jennifer
