Colleagues,
I hope you are all safe and healthy. Our 'new' world has changed so many of our daily routines and schedules, and has impacted much of what we do. Luckily, we still have our colleagues at AOM and, specifically, in GDO. I know that for many years I have found good friendships and working relationships among our many members. I hope you have as well.
Today, I write to you with our election results. We had a 23% response rate with the election and it resulted in the following outstanding new leaders:
Our new GDO Program Chair Elect and PDW Chair is Jenny Hoobler, University of Pretoria!
We have four new representatives at large, all for three year terms, ending August 2023. In alphabetical order, they are:

- Mukta Kulkarni, Indian Institute of Management
- Brent Lyons, York University
- Aneika Simmons, San Houston State University
I am thrilled to have such an outstanding group of people to join our leadership. Thank you all for your past contributions and, certainly, those to come.
A special thank you to the individuals who were not elected but who agreed to run for office. The elections were quite close and I hope you will consider running next year.
