What: The executive committee sponsored a mid-year paper development panel to assist GDO scholars with developing early-stage research projects.
Who: Experienced GDO editors Maryam Kouchaki (Editor-in-Chief at Organizational Behavior and Human Decision Processes [OBHDP] ) and Lisa Lambert (Associate Editor at Organizational Research Methods) provide general thoughts on the early stages of the development of research projects and offer advice to researchers with questions about their projects.
