Hello GDO people!
I'm delighted to invite student members of GDO to apply for an important role with the GDO Executive Committee! Please see details below. Applications should be submitted to

Criteria for Applicants:
- Currently enrolled in a PhD program related to diversity, management, organizational behavior, human resources, and/or industrial/organizational psychology
- Completed minimum of 1 year of doctoral studies, not be graduating in following year
- Has attended at least one AOM conference
- 2-year commitment
- Interest in GDO-related topics
- Member of the GDO Division (can join after selection)
- Should commit to attending at least one AOM conference (ideally both) during the two-year term
Role Elements:
- Represent student voices to EC
- Provide on-site AOM assistance to Consortia, PDW presenters (helping with equipment, handouts), and other conference activities; recruit others to help as needed
- Distribute flyers, promotional items, and feedback surveys to AOM participants as needed; analyze surveys for EC
- Assist with miscellaneous other tasks as needed
Application Process:
- Nominees should submit a vita, a one-page letter outlining qualifications and interest for the position, and a letter of recommendation from a faculty member (does not have to be from the same institution) who is a GDO member
