Thank you to all those who have submitted their 3-minute pitch videos for our forthcoming AOM PDW. We are excited to view them all 👍👍 For anyone interested in showcasing your Scholarship of Teaching & Learning ideas to get quality feedback (from 4 top SoTL journal editors), the deadline is 30th June, so there's still time. We enthusiastically encourage you to take advantage of this fun and innovative PDW format.
Time: 3:00 pm – 5:00 pm on Sunday, August 2, 2026
Location: Convention Center, 105B - 100 Level
Selected finalists will present their work in front of editors from top SoTL journals, such as Academy of Management Learning & Education, Journal of Management Education, Management Learning, and the British Journal of Management, followed by roundtable discussions and live editorial feedback.
We invite scholars at all ranks to submit a 3-minute video pitch of their research. Your pitch should clearly address:
- The SoTL phenomenon or topic
- Why it is interesting
- Why it is important
- What the contribution is (i.e., how it advances understanding of SoTL)
✅ Submission Guidelines
- Format: 3-minute video (any downloadable format)
- Delivery style: Speak directly to the camera (no editing or special effects; English language)
- Manuscript status: Original, unpublished, and not currently under journal review

- You may also upload a one-slide PPT (or equivalent) to support your presentation (optional)
- Submission deadline: June 30, 2026 (11:59 PM EST)
- Finalist notification: July 10, 2026
