Dear AOM/MSR scholars and friends of "Voices of Asian Support Group",
I am reaching out to you to invite you to join "Voices of Asian Support Group" monthly gathering. We understand that being an Asian at AOM can come with unique challenges, and we want to create a safe space where you can connect with others who share your experiences and receive the resources and support you need.
Our group is open to individuals who identify as Asian in the Diaspora community and their friends. We aim to provide a welcoming and inclusive environment where everyone feels heard and supported.
Our monthly gathering on June is scheduled for June 21st, Wednesday at 10 am (EST) (3rdWednesday of each month) The meetings typically last for an hour.

Guest speaker of this month is Dr. Tsui and she shares her paper which summarizes her research journey over 40 years. She is looking forward to discussing any questions that you may have about navigating a career in a demanding, complex, and troubled world.

Info on Guest Speaker: Biography of Dr. Anne S. Tsui
ANNE S. TSUI (PhD, University of California, Los Angeles) is Motorola Professor of International Management Emerita at the Arizona State University and Distinguished Visiting Professor at Peking University and Fudan University, China. Previously, she was on the faculty of Duke University, University of California, Irvine, and the Founding Head of the Management Department at the Business School of the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology. Between 2014 and 2022, she was Distinguished Adjunct Professor at the University of Notre Dame, USA.
She served as the 67th President of the Academy of Management, 14th Editor the Academy of Management Journal, Founding President of the International Association for Chinese Management Research and Founding Editor-in-Chief of Management and Organization Review. She is a co-founder of the Community for Responsible Research in Business and Management (www.rrbm.network).
She is recipient of the best paper awards from AMJ, ASQ, and JOM, the Center for Creative Leadership Applied Leadership Research Award, the University of Minnesota Alumni Outstanding Achievement Award, the Academy of Management (AOM) Distinguished Service Contribution Award, and the IACMR Lifetime Contribution Award. She has an Honorary Doctorate in Economics from the University of St. Gallen, Switzerland. She was recognized as the 2021 Woman of the Year Award from the Academy of International Business (AIB). She is a Fellow of the AoM and AIB. Since 2022, she was elected a Fellow of the American Association for the Advancement of Science.
