Please join us for an interactive PDW that will challenge both academic researchers and practitioners to think more critically about how to plan and execute rigorous diversity and inclusion (D&I) field research by understanding the divides that exist between science and practice in the D&I field. The workshop includes a panel discussion and interactive exercises where attendees will engage with other attendees and panelists. No registration is required. This PDW is hosted by members of the PhD Project Management Doctoral Student Association (MDSA).

-
Identify the challenges academics and applied researchers encounter when researching diversity and inclusion and offer insights on how to (a) integrate academic and practitioner goals, (b) initiate new diversity and inclusion field research projects, and (c) collaboratively innovate diversity and inclusion research to further our understanding of important phenomena related to diversity and inclusion in the workplace.
We look forward to your participation in this PDW. See you in Boston!
