Dear Potential Participant (Faculty Search Committee):

I hope this message finds you well. I am contacting you to invite you to participate in a faculty-led, IRB-approved qualitative research study examining how international faculty hiring practices in U.S. higher education are shaped by recent immigration policy changes.

You may be eligible if you are a faculty member at a U.S. higher education institution AND have served on a faculty search committee involved in recruitment or selection at any time after September 2025.

Participation consists of a voluntary 60-minute Zoom interview, focused on hiring-related experiences and perspectives. Participation is entirely optional, and all responses will be kept confidential. Participants will receive $20 Amazon gift cards upon completion of the interview.
