    3. Editorial news

Eden King will be joining me as Co-Editor of JBP.    We signed a 4 year contract with Springer, with the option to renew.  It is hard to express how excited I am about this. She is an amazing scholar, amazing editor, not to mention just a great human.

Speaking of wonderful people, belated welcome to new associate or guest editors:  Russell Matthews, Kristen Shockley, Kevin Ford, Pat Converse, and Mikki Hebl.  Jeremy Dawson joins this Fall as an Associate Editor as well.

We are now in the pilot testing phase of our article repository initiative with the Center for Open Science -- authors are invited to share additional content around their JBP publications from measures to code to procedures, etc.  Just feels like it will be so good for the science.
