    Dear Colleagues

    I am excited to share with you our August table of contents for Journal of Business and Psychology and some quick news. News:

    - Our partnership with the Center for Open Science around creating repositories (e.g., to house measures) for all articles published is moving forward -- we are about to enter the pilot phase.
    - Our 5 year impact factor hit an all time high. We are at 3.995.
    - Submissions are at a record pace. It was not until September that we had as many submissions as we have now.
