    Dear Colleagues

A ton of JBP updates for the community:

August Print Table of Contents:  https://link.springer.com/journal/10869/volumes-and-issues/36-4 with open science repository: https://osf.io/collections/jbp/discover

2020 IF = 6.760.  Most notably, our relative ranking has changed dramatically. For example, we are listed just behind two of our very top disciplinary journals in IO/OB/HR, JAP and PPsych. Also, we have moved up a full ranking in Certified Assn of Business Schools journal listing.

Below are two listings of articles. We have started something new at JBP.  First, to promote usefulness and accessibility, all articles once they are accepted, are now put into thematic categories.  Thus, the first listing is our accepted articles all about leadership.  The second listing is the traditional print date listing of articles.
