Nature of the Position:
- Teaching at undergraduate, graduate, and in professional development programs
- Leading practice-based research
- Participation and development of professional development programs according to School vision and University mission statement (see: https://ustpaul.ca/upload-files/AdminGov/Strategic_Plan.pdf)
- Administration and community service: ex. meetings of Faculty Council and various committees at the Faculty and University levels.
Remuneration:
- Salary and promotion based on experience and the collective agreement
- Rank will be determined based on experience, the collective agreement and policies in effect.

- Experience in teaching and development of academic and professional programs
- Experience leading change processes in organizations and communities
Required Qualifications:
- A doctorate in Social Sciences, e.g., Leadership, Education, Organizational Development, Sociology, Political Science, Religious Studies, etc.
- Expertise and skills in transformative learning and engaged pedagogies
- Ability to work within different faith contexts
- Ability to incorporate spirituality and ethics into the practice of leadership
- Academic publications and a practice-based research plan
- Bilingualism (comprehension/written/oral): must be able to offer courses in English and in French.
Start Date: July 1, 2022
