    The Department of Psychology at Michigan State University is recruiting a faculty member with expertise in organizational psychology or a related field for a tenure system appointment at the associate or advanced assistant professor level starting Fall 2025. The ideal candidate will have established a strong program of visible research, a history of (or clear potential for) external funding, and a demonstrated commitment to excellence in a) undergraduate and graduate teaching, and b) diversity, equity, and inclusion. We are particularly interested in applicants researching issues related to workforce health and well-being, leadership, motivation, selection, teams, diversity and inclusion, work redesign, workforce development, and data science applications to the workplace.  In addition, the College of Social Science at Michigan State University sponsors a cross-disciplinary initiative related to the Future of Work and scholars who can contribute to this thematic area are also encouraged to apply.
