This full time employee position is suitable for a scholar whose interests include diversity and inclusion, gender and work-family issues and leadership and organizational change from an organizational behavior view. The individual to be hired will be involved in many projects from helping to organize the program for March 23-25 2022 Dismantling Bias conference at Purdue University Krannert School of Management, leading on data analysis (quantitative and possibly qualitative) with the opportunity to co-author papers for referred journals, serving as research associate and project manager for a new National Institute of Health funded randomized clinical trial to evaluate leader training to increase support for sick and family leave, and working with Purdue Libraries to learn how to archive diversity and inclusion datasets for public use.
