    Hello all,

    The University of Alabama Culverhouse College of Business is inviting applications for an Assistant Professor position in Micro OB and/or HR to begin Fall 2025. This is one of three tenure-track positions currently open within the Department of Management.

    Ideal candidates should demonstrate a strong record (or promise thereof) in research. We are open to a broad range of Micro OB and HR research foci but are especially interested in those focusing on individual differences and work behavior, motivation and work performance, human capital management, talent management, work design and employee well-being, and/or the future of work.  Minimum qualifications include a Ph.D. or equivalent degree in Management, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, or a closely related field, demonstrated potential for conducting high quality research and publishing in top management journals, and demonstrated potential for high quality teaching.
