✨ This is my first AoM conference as a PhD candidate, and I'm bringing lots of excitement and energy to learn and contribute. You'll have the chance to connect with incredible facilitators like Florence Villesèche , Elena Doldor and Dr Maria Adamson

�� We'll dive into complex topics such as conflicts and power dynamics within DEI work and strategies for building coalitions. Participants in our DEI workshops often leave with actionable insights and new connections that propel their work forward. I believe this PDW will offer the same valuable experience.
