Are you leading DEI efforts on your campus? Chantal van Esch and Eddy Ng are looking to assemble a panel of DEI leaders and champions (Chief Diversity Officers, Provosts/Associate Provosts and Associate Deans for DEI, DEI Faculty Fellows) to discuss how they navigate and work across campus to promote and implement DEI initiatives. We are developing a PDW to assist current and prospective DEI champions as they embark on making change on university and college campuses. We particularly welcome panelists from around the world to fully capture the broad range of opportunities and challenges DEI leaders face as they bring about change to improve campus climate, address equity issues for historically disadvantaged groups, and increase visibility of underrepresented groups on campus.
