Hi, folks.
Are there anyone organizing a symposium on gender issues? My colleagues and I are working on projects to generate evidence-based solutions to help advancing women's career. By early Dec, we will complete an ESM study with Singapore's biggest network of working mothers, examining how women can best utilize their lunch breaks for well-being, performance, and career.
We are short of time to write up a full paper for AOM this year, but we are confident that we can contribute a high-quality empirical study if anyone is organizing a symposium with a similar theme.
