My college and the college of social sciences are going to offer a cross-listed class in "Women and Leadership".
We are looking for readings (especially research as opposed to opinions) and sample syllabi for a similar course at the undergraduate or MBA level.

PS: The search for syllabi took me to the Teaching and Learning section in AOM"s website. That section has links for teaching resources for many divisions and interest groups, but not for GDO. Would it be useful to have a link like that for GDO?
